About Us

The actual idea of the website came to us while we were planning our wedding in 2006. We didn’t like the fact that we had to physically go to each department store, scan each product that we wanted and on top of that not even have a lot of choices. Even more importantly, we didn’t like the fact that our guests weren’t getting the best price available for the products that we had on our registry.

We thought having a combination of one customized registry process along with a search engine for lowest prices on products registered for would be a perfect recipe for the couple, guests, and the wedding registry industry in general.

This customized registry approach allows the customer to pull products from anywhere as opposed to being registered at several different department stores and limited to only their products. We feel the search engine that compares prices on the products chosen by the couple gives their guests an ultimate advantage. In addition, it is very easy for the customer. They don’t have to physically go to the department store and purchase and wrap the gift and lug it around. It is conveniently shipped where the couple decides.

Our Mission

This website was developed by people who feel a very intense sense of purpose to help the underprivileged. There are several people in this world who are a lot less fortunate than we are and we thought that this website could not only be an extreme convenience for users, but also be an excellent instrument to generate funding for different charity functions throughout the world. August 2008 was the birth of this company and it is very early on, but our main goal is to get to the point where we are successful enough to give a portion of every dollar made to a different qualified case each year.

We think that this idea is a wonderful convenience for the consumer but as stated the underlying reason why this website was created was to generate funding for less fortunate.
